Orthodox Magazine helps people find an Orthodox parish and understand what they will find there. We keep a directory of Orthodox churches across the United States — with service times, languages and which parishes serve in English — and publish plain-English guides to the Divine Liturgy, the feasts, the saints and Orthodox prayer.

How we work

• Reviewed for accuracy. Pieces on doctrine and practice are reviewed by Orthodox clergy or theologians, and each one names its reviewer.
• Verified listings. Parish details come from jurisdiction directories, parish websites and the parishes themselves, and each listing shows when it was last confirmed.
• Independent. We are not affiliated with any jurisdiction, diocese or archdiocese. Eastern and Oriental Orthodox churches are both listed and clearly labelled.
• Corrected openly. When we get something wrong, we fix it. Tell us.
