When is Pascha in 2027?
Pascha falls on Sunday, May 2, 2027, for all Orthodox Christians.
Why is Orthodox Easter on a different date?
The Orthodox Church still calculates Pascha with the Julian calendar and the ancient paschal tables, while Western churches use the Gregorian reform of 1582. Orthodox Pascha is therefore the same day as Western Easter or one, four or five weeks later.
